This is a very old Masonic System that is operating here on planet Earth and it is ALL based on Shipping and Postal Wars – which has morphed into Banking and Financial Wars. The banking warfare has really kicked off here as of late in relation to this whole thing.

When you are born here on this planet you are born of the WATER because you were born into a Shipping War that you are unaware of and you have been Captured into it.

So when you are born, you are born of your mother’s water. You are docked as a VESSEL by a doctor who is a registered Harbor Master by the Port Authorities and authorized by the Department of Transportation.

When you are docked by the doctor you are Harbored in the Harbor by a Vessel and Dry Dock known as a HOSPITAL. The hospital is considered to be a BOAT parked on the land. But when you are born and harbored by the harbor master (Doctor) in this vessel and dry dock you are considered a WARD of the STATE. So you are placed into a Maternity Ward.

Why are you a ward of the state? Because you have not yet been brought under the laws of this OLD School Masonic System.

They get you into this old school masonic system is by giving you a BIRTH CERTIFICATE- so you are considered a ward of the state or an outlaw because you are not yet under the laws of this old school masonic system UNTIL your mother signs a birth certificate.

This is a commercial instrument and is saying “You are now OWNED and under the Laws of this Masonic System.” You are now nothing more than a piece of CARGO, or a vessel or missing person presumed to be dead or lost at sea.

Once you are legged into this massive global corporate construct – you are then subject to the laws of the state. The state of AFFAIRS not like the State of Nebraska or California or Nevada but we are talking the GLOBAL State of affairs. You are legged into the state.

When you’re child is born and issued a Social Security Number they Estimate how much Taxes they are going to pay over a lifetime. Then they take your Birth Certificate and they issue it on the Capital Market and they EARN money on it.

Once this all happens you are now under the LAWS of this entire Global Masonic Construct.

When EVERY Citizen goes into the Court System – they are NOT seen there as themselves a US Citizen – but they are seen as the person who had their Birth Certificate pledged. You are there as a debtor (SLAVE) – you are not there as a Citizen.

We have been converted from human beings as citizens of the Republic of United States into Chattel. Chattel is a legal term for something that is property or personal possession – so we are now the property of this Global Masonic System – called the Federal Reserve. We are NOT considered to be Human Beings and Citizens of the United States.

The Masonic System is designed for Global Command and Control.

It is divided into Law of the Sea and Law of the Land. Law of the Sea has always been held and ruled by the King of Great Britain – that is how he runs his entire Country. It is considered a Vessel or a great big boat and all the people in that boat are considered to be missing, dead or lost at sea – this is due to the Birth Certificate System.

The very SAME thing is occurring here in the United States right now.

Why? Because Great Britain has always been our Post Master General here in the Colonies and the 50 states.

What is POST MASTER GENERAL OF THE WORLD? The vessel that we are ALL floating on is Planet Earth. The Earth is our Boat in the wide sea we called our Solar System or our Galaxy. The Post Master General or General of the Post is Great Britain – it always has been. This is an old school Masonic Planetary Warfare Platform based on Shipping, Postal and Banking wars.

The Postal aspect belongs along TIMELINES. When you are brought into a Jail – the Timelines kick OFF – pends on whether it is a Federal, State or Local Offense – different venues have different timelines.

OKAY – this entire Masonic System is enforced in the Courts around the World.

What exactly are they Enforcing? The Elemental Chart, Strategic Metals Contract, Thowels Manuel (sorry, not sure of the word) and the Dictionary – which is the grammatical construct that we all use.

All of the contracts in this system are enforced in the courts around the world. These courts are called NEUTRAL Ports, that is where the wars are fought in relations to this entire matter. If one has a grievance one would go into the courts or the neutral ports and fight it out.

The System is set up to make sure the KING ALWAYS wins. The ENTIRE system is set up so you NEVER win.

All that they look as you as is a piece of cargo. You can never escape or get out of this system.

You are viewed as a boat or a vessel that can harvested, raped, plundered and pillaged for goods.

So this is the old school system that has been set up and defended here on planet Earth. This whole system belongs to the King of Great Britain. It is all run by the King. He is the Post Master General of the World. ALL countries on this planet are utilizing and playing with this system. Russia, China, Germany – ALL of them. If you are married here in the United States you are still considered to be married in China, Russia or Germany. If you get divorced you are divorced all around the world-- why- because the courts are all connected.

Everyone is participated in this Old School Masonic System to control the people and run the planet. So this is the old school Masonic Monarchy that is attempting to rule and run all of the world.

All of the chosen leaders are High Ranking Masons. Not the structural engineering type masons – but the type that build governments, control governments and defend governments. All countries have a Strategic Metals Contract that allows them to print and mint their own coins based upon their banking system and they all have their commodities that they trade around the world with each other and this what the banking systems are based on. Oil being one of the largest.

The King of Great Britain is the Reigning Monarch on the Planet. That’s why he is the Post Master General of the World.

Now – where does the CROWN derive its Authorizations from in which their entire system is based on?

First – go back to look at some History: Their were originally 13 Colonies. Before the American Revolution broke out our Post Office was the Benjamin Franklin post office or Philadelphia Pennsylvania post office or also called the Postal Court. Once the American Revolution had broke out the King had cut off the ability to conduct International Trade and Business out of this particular Post Office because we were going to war against Great Britain. ALL wars Vacate these kinds of trading contracts – so our shipping was cut off. After the American Revolution we couldn’t open business back up to this Post Office we were in debt $1.6 Million Francs to the French for funding the American Revolution. So at that point the King of Spain and the King of France argued of who was going to be the Post Master General here in the United States to start trade back up. Spain claimed that they had found America first as Christopher Columbus had discovered it so they thought they had the rights to it. France said that without loaning America the $1.6 Million Francs the United States wouldn’t even be OPEN for CAPTURE. The King of Great Britain – still being the Ruling and Reigning Monarch of the World said those are my people and I am going to put my post office up there and ordered Spain and France to stand down. So this is how the King became Post Master General of the United States. The King of Great Britain took control of the ENTIRE North American Continent – which is Canada also.

What does this mean? It means if other countries want to come to American and rape and pillage for its Natural Resources that they would have to go through the King of Great Britain and his Post Office first. So EVERYTHING that was shipped in and out of America – the King got a piece of.

The goal of the King of Britain is to have tactical control of ALL Shipments on Planet Earth.

OKAY – there was a long range objective that had been created by the King, Vatican and London City and the Rothchild’s. The reason the American Revolution had kicked off was because the United States wanted to float its currency into the Global Market and because they based their Monetary System on the Value of the Land it NEVER fluctuates – it never changes - But the Rothchilds fluctuate Gold and Silver up and down in relations to what they have going on. Because our currency wouldn’t fluctuate – when these Rothchilds would drop the price of gold down – America could BUY it up and eventually could become the Global Power of the World.

So the Rothchilds attacked the Crown and and the King said you guys can’t do this – this is war and I’m not going to let this happen.

Anyway – the long range objective was clever – it was to get America to borrow money so when they could not pay it back they would HAVE to surrender America back to Great Britain. NOTE: This was the Long Term Goal.

How this was to work was America was going to have 3 chances to pay off this debt. If America cannot pay it off then the King will step in and pay the debt and America will be surrendered back to Great Britain. Once the debt could not be paid back America could once again be Captured by Great Britain and all the people of America would become peasants and surfs again.

This ENTIRE OBJECTIVE revolved around the year 1999. This was the Horizon Event Year – not just for the United States but for the entire planet.

When the Colonies had come out of the American Revolution and the King stepped in as Post Master General – the U.S. Constitution was drafted. The Constitution outlined how the King and the Colonies would interact – with the colonies with relation to trade and commerce. Patrick Henry saw this as so Tyrannical that he decided to create the Bill of Rights. Patrick Henry knew that the people in America would become just like the people of Great Britain – Powerless. He knew the King would try to take away guns, take away freedom of the press, take away freedom of speech – take away what you could say and write – so that is where the Bill of Rights come in. In the Bill of Rights the King would never have the power to infringe upon these. The people of America – the Colonials would not accept or agree to the constitution until the the Feds agreed to the Bill of Rights.

The reason that 1999 was an Even Horizon Year was because in 1999 was the END of the THIRD and FINAL International Bankruptcy for the United States. We were going to be surrendered back over to Great Britain because we couldn’t afford to pay the debts owed to London, the Rothchilds and the 13 Banking Families. This meant that the Constitution came to an END. It was OVER. So at the end of the 3^rd and final International Bankruptcy and the contract between America and Great Britain EXPIRED.

The United States was Incorporated as a Company and they made the President of the United States the Chief Executive Officer. They made the Representatives of Congress Managers. So now when they come to office they are quickly initiated on how their Constituents do NOT matter – they are NOT the most important part of their jobs. The Federal Governments sole purpose is to enslave the people of the United States.

So what does that mean – the U.S. Constitution has come to an end? Well, it was the end of the 3^rd and final international bankruptcy of the United States. At the end of the third and final American Internation Bankruptcy, the King of Great Britain had to vacate his position as Post Master General due to International Banking law. The trustee between the American Bankruptcy and Great Britain has been the President of USA. If there was no more bankruptcy there is no need for a Trustee. The agreement between the United States and Great Britain is over.

So no bankruptcy, no trustee – so in 1999 there should not have been a Presidential election held. The Congress and Senate should have been shut down and everyone should have been fired and there should have been a new constitutional convention and the ENTIRE Government should have been Rebuilt from the ground up. An entire new structure should have been created. The people of the United States were not even warned nor ever told about this.

History: At the beginning of the American Revolution America didn’t have a Strategic Metals Contract, which means that we were not allowed to print and mint our own money so we had to borrow all our money from the Rothchild’s and London City, of course all this had to be Authorized by the Crown – the King of Britain. In 1929 – was the beginning of the third and final international bankruptcy as the second had just come to an end. Since we were borrowing money from the Rothchild bankers – that placed America in USURY with this corrupt Old Masonic System. We are using their money and not allowed to make or create our own. IN matter of fact we are borrowing it with interest and paying it back with Hard Natural Assets.

OKAY – All of this leads back to Russell-Jay:Gould and :David-Wynn-Miller: and what they have done / did for everyone on the ENTIRE Planet. EVERYONE needs be made aware and know this. Before we get into this you have to know what was going on that they ran into and had no idea what was going on – on this planet and this pretty much stopped them from doing what they were doing right in their tracks.

This is where the Banking Warfare of the United States really kicks off. Back in 1933 Roosevelt was in office and a Nazi coup inspired and led by Gerald McGuire backed by Prescot Bush, Reminton, JP Morgan and Goodyear were trying to get Roosevelt out of office and what they did to elicit the help of General Smedley Butler in the US Marine Corp to help them get Roosevelt out of office. They thought with Butler’s influence over the soldiers that they could assemble 500,000 men and help them get FDR out.

Roosevelt warned the American people on the New World Order. FDR – Roosevelt said in a TV Speech – “Let me warn you and let me warn the nation against the smooth evasion that says of course we believe these things, we believe in Social Security, we believe in work for the unemployed, we believe in saving homes, cross our hearts and hope to die (laughter in the crowd) we believe in all these things but we do not like the present way the current Administration is doing them. Just turn them over to us. We will do all of them, we will do more of them, we will do them better and most of all it won’t cost anyone anything.” This was Roosevelt warning of the Nazi’s behind the New World Order. Anyway, General Butler warned (blew the whistle) of this coup and it failed. Prescott Bush should have been put to death over this treasonous plan.

However – these corporate heads – JP Morgain, Goodyear and Remington were never indicted for this treasonous act. So till this DAY, it continued on in the Shadows – our “Shadow Government.” From this point it has been one LONG Orchestrated Event to get these Shadow Government Guys in the White House.

A few years later after Roosevelt – Eisenhower comes into office. Under his watch – the CIA is set up.

Eisenhower gave a masterful speech on a Conspiracy that there was a New World Order that was being Commanded by Lucifer. He was worried about and he told the American people to keep their eyes on the Military Industrial Complex as he saw it extremely dangerous and thought they could someday take over America. Eisenhower said “a conflict is engulfing our entire world and it commands our attention, absorbs our very beings, face a hostile ideology, global in scope, atheistic in character, ruthless in purpose and insidious in method.”

Under Eisenhower’s watch the 5 Star Trust was set up by the CIA. The 5 Star Trust consisted of 5 top men. George Bush Sr, Richard Armitage, General Edward Lansdale, William Colby and General Robert L. Ferrera. These were the 5 guys who ran the 5 Star Trust for the CIA. Now what the 5 Star Trust was – there Primary Objective was to set up the Largest Drug and Money Laundering Operation in the World. (Yeah, classy guys these guys were.) This was called Operation Studebaker and Operation Clean Room. These were the money laundering systems of the operation and this was run out of Kentucky by a guy named Marion Horn. The main objective for this operation was to create money for the CIA so they could bypass Congress for money as Congress would want to know what they needed this money for. So they set up a Drug Operation and they put all money into a conglomeration of 13 Banks set up by the Rothchilds and the 13 Banking families known as the Five Star Trust. That is Lucifer’s sustainable development fund. It is Lucifer’s piggy bank.

Once this was all set up – Kennedy came into office, Kennedy warned Americans of a Massive Conspiracy that scared him so bad that he created U.S. Special Forces.

Kennedy made a speech on tv referring to the New World Order and Five Star Trust run by the CIA that said: "The very word "secrecy" is repugnant in a free and open society; and we are as a people inherently and historically opposed to secret societies, to secret oaths and secret proceedings. We decided long ago that the dangers of excessive and unwarranted concealment of pertinent facts far outweighed the dangers which are cited to justify it. For we are opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy that relies on covert means for expanding its sphere of influence… on infiltration instead of invasion, on subversion instead of elections, on intimidation instead of free choice. It is a system which has conscripted vast human and material resources into the building of a tightly knit, highly efficient machine that combines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific and political operations. Its preparations are concealed, not published. Its mistakes are buried not headlined. Its dissenters are silenced, not praised. No expenditure is questioned, no rumor is printed, no secret is revealed."

Kennedy attempted to get us OUT of the Federal Reserve and on the Silver Standard. JFK knew how bad and evil the CIA was and was going to do his best to reveal this but he was murdered by that very CIA – with George Bush Sr.

George Bush Sr becomes head of the CIA. Reagan then becomes President and he sees this whole operation going on and tries to warn the American people about it. So Roosevelt, Eisenhower, Kennedy and Reagan all warned us about the evil Shadow Government.

Reagan said “Now let’s set the argument straight, there is no argument over the choice between peace and war, but there is only one guaranteed way you can have peace and you can have in the next second...Surrender. Admittedly there is a risk in any course we follow other than this but every lesson in history tells us that the greater risk lies in appeasement and this is the specter that our well meaning liberal friends refuse to face, that there policy of accommodation is appeasement, and it gives no choice between peace and war, only between fight or surrender. If we continue to accommodate, continue to back and retreat, eventually we have to face the final demand -- the ultimatum. And what then -- when Nikita Khrushchev has told his people he knows what our answer will be? He has told them that we're retreating under the pressure of the Cold War, and someday when the time comes to deliver the final ultimatum, our surrender will be voluntary, because by that time we will have been weakened from within spiritually, morally, and economically. He believes this because from our side he's heard voices pleading for "peace at any price" or "better Red than dead," or as one commentator put it, he'd rather "live on his knees than die on his feet." And therein lies the road to war, because those voices don't speak for the rest of us. You and I know and do not believe that life is so dear and peace so sweet as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery. If nothing in life is worth dying for, when did this begin -- just in the face of this enemy? Or should Moses have told the children of Israel to live in slavery under the pharaohs? Should Christ have refused the cross? Should the patriots at Concord Bridge have thrown down their guns and refused to fire the shot heard 'round the world? You and I have the courage to say to our enemies, "There is a price we will not pay." "There is a point beyond which they must not advance." And this -- this is the meaning in the phrase of Barry Goldwater's "peace through strength." Winston Churchill said, "The destiny of man is not measured by material computations. When great forces are on the move in the world, we learn we're spirits -- not animals." And he said, "There's something going on in time and space, and beyond time and space, which, whether we like it or not, spells duty." Basically told the New World Order to go to Hell. They will NEVER defeat America’s Military.

We should ALL know this: “Freedom is never more than ONE generation away from extinction. We didn’t pass it to our children through blood. It must be fought for, protected and handed to them for them to do the same.” Ronald Reagan.

Reagan talked about if we every became an Atheistic country or be led to socialism that our Country would die.

George Bush Sr tried 5 times to Assassinate Reagan and this has ALL been Declassified. Bush Family are a bunch of EVIL, EVIL Nazi’s.

After this – George Bush Sr. becomes President of the United States. This was a LONG TERM Objective that they finally achieved. They already had the Five Star drug and money laundering system set up in the CIA, so their next step is to develop the United Nations to institute a Global Tax on EVERYONE.

There is $230 Million, Million, Million, Quadtrillion dollars that the CIA has in their fund. That is over $1,000 Trillion Dollars that they have in their “Sustainable Development Fund.” They are using this as a Black Operation – Shadow Government Fund. If they install a Global Tax on EVERYONE in the world – How much larger is that Bank Account going to get??

At this point in time the CIA was going to go to other Countries and soften them up to a New World Order and say it is coming from the White House.

George Bush Sr. New World Order Speech: “We have before us the opportunity to forge for ourselves and for future generations a new world order -- a world where the rule of law, not the law of the jungle, governs the conduct of nations. Basically Bush referred to the Law of God as the Law of the Jungle.

This was all heading for the Event Horizon Year of 1999. Once Bush Sr. became President he saw the end of the third and final American International Bankruptcy coming – he knew the U.S. Constitution would dissolve and he knew the agreement between the U.S.A. and Great Britain would be dissolved at that point also and he knew all this was going to be gone. Bush Sr. went to the Crown of Britain and told his cousins what was going on and they made him a KNIGHT. The plan was to resubstantiate the constitution so the King could oversee the International Affairs and Shipping and Commerce in the United States and the New World Order would be launched out of Washington D.C., a Global Tax on everyone would be initiated by the United Nations and their plans would be fulfilled.

But before they can do that they have to bring ALL Banks in under ONE single Banking System. This would be the Rothschild’s banking system.

The NEXT Objective – Go to the Middle East and get the oil. Why? Because there are ONLY 9 Banks left in the world NOT ran by the Rothschild’s. Seven of these are in the Middle East. So if they go in and steal the oil the banks have nothing to create a banking system off of – that is their main commodity which allows them to print their money and have their banking system. So their goal was to collapse these banks and make them dependable on the Rothschild banks. Simple Warfare.

U.S. Army General Wesley Clark went to the Pentagon about 10 days after 911 and ran into one of his General buddies who told him “We have made the decision we are going to war with Iraq”, Why? “I don’t know, I guess they don’t know what else to do.” So did they find some information connecting Saddam to Al Qaeda? “No, no, there is nothing new, they just made the decision to go to war with Iraq. I guess it’s like we don’t know what to do about terrorists but we got a good military and can take down Governments.” This conversation occurred around September 20, 2001.

A few weeks later General Wesley Clark came back to see this other General and by this time they were already bombing in Afghanistan and he asked – Are we still going to war with Iraq? “Oh, it’s worse than that, he reached over on his desk and picked up a piece of paper and said I’ve just from Secretary Rumsfeld’s office and it describes how we are going to take out 7 Countries in 5 Years. Starting with Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Somalia, Sudan and finishing off with Iran.”

General Wesley Clark says the truth about the Middle East is – have there been no oil there – it would be like Africa. Nobody is ever threatening to intervene in Africa – that is until they find something of great value.

After all this they were going to go after Chavez in Venezuela. That was their last vestige and then their plans really will be complete.

HOWEVER, In 1999 all their plans were foiled.

The Vatican and Great Britain knew that the United States would never allow a One World Dictator to rule their country. The Vatican has ALWAYS had an agreement with the Nazi’s, not so much Germany itself but the Nazi party. They tried to set up a One World Global Dictatorship under Hitler a long time ago.

The Jesuits in the Vatican are the BIG, BIG problem. The GRAND Intelligence Agency is Run by the Vatican and ALL the others are UNDER them.

Anyway – the plan of the CIA and the FIVE Star Trust Leaders – the 5 men in charge – they were all going to take TURNS running the CIA. The ultimate objective is to set up a ONE World Order Dictatorship with Lucifer at the top running the United Nations. The piggy bank they were going to use to achieve this objective was the CIA’s Five Star Trust.

But in 1999 the Washington D.C. Postal was OPEN for Capture for 18 days. There was an 18 day period in there in which the Crown was going to have to Vacate his position and the Post Office would be open for capture. In this time the United States would no longer be able to have international trade and commerce. Hence – the Florida Chads. That is because in 1999 the U.S. Constitution had come to an end. It was closed out and dissolved. They ALREADY had printed the Amero Dollar or the American European Dollar. They were just ready to surrender the U.S. back over to Great Britain.

HOWEVER, in 1999 during that 18 day vacancy – a flat out Miracle had taken place. Seriously incredible and this is the GREATEST Secret in the History of the United States. Now, as mentioned – Roosevelt, Eisenhower, Kennedy, Reagan had been warning us about a certain group of people on this planet who are literally conspiring together to get the U.S. Military to go to war for them in an effort to set up this ONE World Global Dictatorship. This is what they were warning us about – they were infiltrating our military. These evil people want to utilize our military so they can achieve their corrupt and greedy objectives. They were going to create a big event that allowed them to go to war and this is exactly what the very meticulously planned event of 911 was. 911 was an orchestrated event which allowed them to take advantage by lying to the American people. They had to CREATE this war – because we had NO enemy and you cannot have a war if you don’t have an Enemy, so they created their own Enemy. Their TRUE Enemies are anyone who does not go along with their New World Order and anyone who refuses their own Banking System.

This entire soap opera is very easy to follow – the next thing they will want is your GUNS. They are going to come HARD for all the guns. That is the ONE thing that is stopping them from taking absolute total control of this nation. If they EVER come for your guns, that is when you have surrendered EVERYTHING. All your Freedoms will be gone. Your right to chose, your right to speak, your right to bear arms, right to free press, etc. They ARE coming for the Guns.

Anyone signing on to this type of legislation – Nancy Pelosi being one, wants you to buy healthcare, turn in your guns, forfeit rights – these are your World Extremists that are our enemies. Bush’s, Clinton(s), Obama, John Kerry, Joe Biden, Henry Kissenger, Rockefellar, Rothschilds, the Vatican, the Jesuits – these are the Enemies of the People. These are the Satanists that are working for Lucifer and they want a One World Order.

NOW, prior to 1999, there were two gentlemen who were working to get out of this Masonic System that we have been enslaved to with the Birth Certificate System. Those two men were Russell-Jay:Gould and David-Wynn:Miller.

David-Wynn:Miller was the one who broke the Mathematical interface on Grammar. Russell-Jay:Gould inserted the Now Time aspect into this construct, thereby giving it its own jurisdiction. By this point they knew they had a whole new system of grammar that the world had never seen before and it must be utilized to create an entirely new Government System.

They had to go all the way back to where the Crown derived its Authorities. They studied “The Secret Teaching of all Ages” by Manly P. Hall – *Note: If you want the book – the best is to get it published by Philosophical Research Society as they try to keep it as original and true as they can – an expensive version that is over $600 or you can go with the lesser options of around $10 to $20.

Russell-Jay:Gould and David-Wynn:Miller went back and they syntaxed this whole book and then re-wrote it in what they call Now Time Quantum Syntax Construct and they did that with all of the Masonic books that substantiate the Crowns – Kings authorizations here in the world. Thereby giving their system its own venue – they created their own Global Federal Government System for the entire world to now join with. This new system is based in TRUTH – it is based on mathematically certifiable grammar, it has its own Elemental Chart and Periodic Table – when it unwinds creates a mathematical equation that matches both forward and backwards. So when this elemental chart and periodic table unwinds itself it creates an Infinity Loop or a figure 8 thereby validating itself forwards and backwards just as the Grammatical Construct does. It is Genius.

Knowing what these men had at their fingertips all they needed was a right time and place in history to launch this thing and take the greatest leap of faith every by two gentlemen EVER recorded in the History of this Planet.

Once this was all set up – the books they had syntaxed were filed with the Vatican and the NSA and several other locations on planet earth. This is a brand new system for coding and decoding. The Vatican had been studying it for 5 years prior to what took place in 1999. Russell-Jay:Gould with the help of David-Wynn:Miller saw the end of the third and final bankruptcy coming and Russell-Jay:Gould knew what was about to take place here. So Russell-Jay:Gould ran to the Pentagon and asked if they had a copyright and patent of the Title IV Flag – knowing that it didn’t matter if they did or didn’t because the contract was grammatical fraud or grammatical error. Russel-Jay:Gould rewrote the copyright for the Title IV Flag for the United States because it was about to be surrendered back over to Great Britain along with the Country at the end of the Third and Final International Bankruptcy.

So the next step he did was take off to the United Nations with the Title IV Flag and he legged his whole new Government system in and right there at the United Nations he was declared a Sovereign. In this process Russell-Jay:Gould had just taken DOWN this ENTIRE OLD Monarch System because once they rewrote/ re-established those old Masonic books they had to re-substantiate them all into Quantum Grammar Construct. This disqualified the old system completely – from the bloodlines on. IN this effort they set this new Global System up for the world.

Russell-Jay:Gould then turns around and during that 18 day vacancy that that post office was open that the King had to vacate due to International Banking Law for 18 days – Russell-Jay:Gould legs back in at the Post Office in Washington D.C. taking tactical command and control of the United States and Canada. By doing this he just brought the New World Order effort to surrender the U.S. back over to the Crown (King) utilizing the United Nations to install a Global Tax because no one has a Charter to exist anymore as a Corporation under the Kings Authority. Everything has been disqualified – it’s OVER.

So prior to 1999 – Russell-Jay:Gould had rewritten a NEW U.S. Constitution, a Bill of Rights, a Declaration of Independence, reestablished a charter for all Federal Municipalities, he had captured the Flag of the Army, Air Force, Marines and the Coast Guard and had reestablished the Construct in a Quantum Global manner.

In 1999 when he moved into the Washington D.C. postal office taking control of the United States and Northern American Continent – the New World Order and the King didn’t have Authorization to send our Military to war for them after 911 has occurred – they didn’t have authorization to do so as they had been disqualified. It was over. This was an act of Patriotism on his part. Russell-Jay:Gould is a patriot of our Country – he is from Wyoming. He saw the end of the third and final international bankruptcy coming and he knew we (America) was about to be surrendered to the Great Britain along with the flag that would hang in a Surrendered manner – he did his Duty as a Patriot and he stepped in where he needed to step in and he SAVED the Country and the FLAG from being surrendered. Russell-Jay:Gould is still holding onto that Title IV Flag for the People of this Country and Safe Guarding it for the People of this Country.

Now even more astounding was that prior to 1999 and him taking tactical control of Washington D.C. Post Office, he had built a Brand New Banking System. At the SAME time that he took control of D.C. and the entire Country he legged this banking system in at the U.S. Treasuries Department. So NOW we can get rid of the Federal Reserve forever. It shouldn’t of been here since 1999. Once the charter had expired the bankruptcy had come to an end, the Federal Reserve at that time did not have the authorization to continue to print money for the United States. The IRS at this time was actually kicked out of the Country because they were the collection agency for the DEBT. If there is no more debt there is no more need for an IRS.

As a Sovereign, Russell-Jay:Gould has a Strategic Metals Contract that is based upon his own Elemental Chart and his own Periodic Table which he himself created. This gives Russell-Jay:Gould himself Authorization to Print and Mint his own Coinage. This is the first time in the history of this Country, that THIS country actually has the Power to print and mint its own coinage! We no longer have to use the strategic metals contract of the old Monarch.

This all revolved around the third and final international bankruptcy and this country as we knew or know it coming to an end. Russell-Jay:Gould saved the Country and we all owe him a HUGE Thank You. Thank God he saved us!!

So, now after legging back in here as Post Master General of the United States – Russell then went around the world and re-authorized everything under his authority that would substantiate his system. He had to go back to the International Admiralty and Maritime organization and reauthorize it under his Quantum Authority. He had to go back to the Universal Post Master in Switzerland and re-authorize the system under his authority. He had to go back to the International Bureau of Weights and Measures to reauthorize it under his authority because he had just destroyed all banking and chemistry on planet earth with his own periodic table of elements in association with this system of weights and measures in conjunction with the grammar. He had to go back into the International Patent Office because this all had to be patented and this would disqualify ALL the OLD patents on planet earth – all the way back to the very beginning. So he had to re-substantiate all that. All patents issued need to be re-substantiated in this new Quantum Manner or this Quantum Global Construct System so that there patents cannot be harvested or stolen by the old system any longer.

The United Nations asked Russell-Jay:Gould and David-Wynn:Miller – What Land do you Choose? Russell-Jay:Gould said I choose the land of the Courts. Why? Because this is where ALL Contracts are defended. The OLD system was enforced in the courts. The land of the Courts is literally their LAND. This system now rules the courts and if you bring your old contracts into courts and they are not done properly, correctly and truthfully using Quantum Grammar Construct, they are disqualified and nullified as both Grammar Fraud and Bank Fraud.

When Russell-Jay:Gould did all of this – the Five Star Trust guys grabbed him up. Bush and his thugs grabbed him up and they literally beat the living shit out of Russell-Jay:Gould. They tortured him in effort to get him to surrender the flag. The Bush family, Clintons, Obama and all their associates are the guys that have swept this WHOLE thing under the rug. They ignored everything that Russell-Jay:Gould had done and preceded to give the United States back over to the New World Order – Great Britain and made plans to go to the Middle East and steal the oil and then go to Venezuela and get Chavez out so they can take over his banking system and close it down, replace it with their NWO banking system and once they have it ALL under wraps, they will present the MARK of the BEAST to Everyone.

Russell-Jay:Gould won in Court and the Navy was behind him and supporting him all the way, we don’t know what happened to that contingency, we can’t speculate but we do have a couple of ideas. However, after 12 years of the bad guys not wanting to play ball and do things correctly and move forward with Russells new Global Construct Government System, Russell-Jay:Gould had seen that the Benjamin Franklin Post Office had come out of bankruptcy in 1999 – he legged in as new Post Master General of the United States and he rewrote the Constitution between his new Government and Ours. It is the same version as the one that we had with Great Britain only this one doesn’t have the Million Laws that favored the two party system of Great Britain and Our system or the Dem and Republican.

So he rewrote the U.S. Constitution, the Bill of Rights, the Declaration of Independence – it is still standing today.

December 21, 2012. This was the end of the Mayan Calendar. Russell-Jay:Gould legs back in down at the Philadelphia Post Office – the Benjamin Franklin Post Office and re-opened the entire US Government back up for the people with a new U.S. Constitution, Bill of Rights and his Declaration of Independence and it is all syntaxed in grammatical quantum fact.

Postal Location out through the Philadelphia Pennsylvania Postal Location – Civil Jurisdiction with the Law of the Land which the Blood testifies to the Law of the Light and you are brought back into the Land of the Living and you are Saved. Your Soul is saved.

The New World Order wasn’t waiting for God to send down the 7^th Angel to fix everything. These guys were waiting for Lucifer to stand up and give everyone the Mark of the Beast.

So what happened after 1999? Private Corporation moved into Washington D.C. to run the Government for the people of the United States and it was under the Command and Control of George Bush Jr. After 911 Bush Jr. declared War on the Middle East. 911 was an orchestrated Warfare Plan by this evil group. If there really were weapons of mass destruction they would of used the weapons to bomb the Trade Center and wouldn’t have flown planes into them. So Bush Jr and the gang got what they wanted, they had tactical control of the military to go fight their wars so they could set up the One World Global Government.

The next administration that moved in 8 years later – once again a Private Corporation. The first corporation was representing itself with a 3 x 5 Boat Flag and it is NOT registered with the United Natins as the Title IV Flag is or as any other flags around the world are. The other flags are Coffin Flags, they are much longer, long enough to cover a coffin. The 3x5 boat flags are not, but they are replicas of the Title IV Flag. The second Private Corporation to run the country and they have 2 ½ x 2 ½ Flag and it isn’t registered in any part of the world – it is basically a Toys R Us flag – that doesn’t represent anything.

This administration – the Obama administration came in and forced people to buy their own health care – this REMOVES Freedom of Choice. So now they have attacked your Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Choice, Freedom of the Press and now they are coming after your Guns, they are just chipping away.

Everything you guys see broadcast on the Tel a vision – is a Psychological Warfare Effort. The television is still registered by the FCC as an entertainment device. NOTHING coming out of it has to be REAL or IS real. This is why you always hear Trump saying “It’s all Fake News”. Everything you are seeing is what these guys want you to see and want you to follow and want you to set your mind on. The Global Narrative is that there is a war on terror. You can’t have a war without an enemy and the folks over there in the Middle East are just trying to fight off an INVASION. The real war is to crush the remaining banks that are not under NWO and to steal the oil.

What do we as Americans have to do? We have to get the bad guys OUT of Power here in the country. They don’t have a flag, they don’t have authorization, they don’t have the charter that has been authorized correctly by the General Post Master of the World – Russell-Jay:Gould. They continue to move forward attempting to make him surrender the flag. They want the One World Global Government with one person at the top and that person is Lucifer.

They want your guns next. You are going to see it broadcast on televisions. They will concoct any narrative or situation that they can think of to take guns. They want to create a National Frenzy to get some traction and start a movement to get all the guns and make us people powerless. They are now taking anything and everything they can and spinning it into a National Issue as though the whole nation is crying out “oh, take our guns, we shouldn’t have guns.” This is what they want you to think is being cried out for here in this country but indeed it is NOT.

Once we give up our guns, we are giving up EVERYTHING. Everything that you have, they will take it from you. Do you see the people in Great Britain – what do they have? NOTHING – They have absolutely nothing and that is what you will have. Nothing. If they come and take your guns you will have nothing… you need to wise up.

People need to understand that it is the media that is giving them disinformation – this media is OWNED by the Federal Reserve and this system. A system of control and it is really up to humanity to realize that they are being Hoodwinked, that when they turn on the news and they get their news from the Mainstream Media they are just being fed Propaganda.

This is the very thing that Eisenhower, Kennedy and Reagan warned the American public about. Do not surrender, Never surrender your beliefs, Never surrender your Morality, Never surrender your Christian Faith, Never surrender – we are a nation of peace and the wicked old school masonic system was defeated by Russell-Jay:Gould.

There are a lot of people in our country who claim to be heros. There are a lot of men and women out there that served in Military that are true heroes. We NEVER should have gone to war in the Middle East – it was a Fake and Fraudulent War and was Whipped up for the good of New World Order. They make the rules and anyone who dissents – kill them.

Aaron Russo – producer of the movie “Trading Places” met Rockefeller through a female attorney – she said that one of the Rockefeller’s would like to see you because he has made a video called “Mad as Hell.” So they met and Aaron liked him and said he was a very, very smart man – they talked and shared ideas and thoughts. Rockefeller told him 11 MONTHS BEFORE 911 that there was going to be an EVENT and out of this event they were going to invade Afghanistan to run oil pipelines from the Caspian Sea, we were going to invade Iraq – take over the oil fields and establish a base over there in the Middle East and make it all part of the New World Order and then we go after Chavez in Venezuela. Sure enough – later 911 happened. Rockefeller said there is going to be this War on Terror – which is all propaganda for the public to believe and support and Rockefeller even said to Aaron Russo that the Whole thing is a Giant Hoax, but this is a way for the Government to TAKE OVER the American People. He was laughing while he was telling this to Aaron Russo. The objective was to perpetuate and subordinate the American people with fear so they could get them to do whatever they wanted them to do. Once again, this was 11 months prior to 911. Rockefeller said they were going to create an ENDLESS War on Terror. He said there is NO real enemy so no winner can even be defined. Aaron Russo says – “this whole war on terror is a FRAUD, it’s a farce. The Ultimate Goal that these people have in mind is to create a One World Government that is RUN by the Bankers and everybody has an RFID chip implanted in them and ALL money is to be in those chips, there will be no more cash and this is coming straight from Rockefeller himself. Anytime you have money in your chip they can take it out and away from you whenever they want to. If they say you owe us this much in taxes, they immediately deduct it out of the chip digitally. If you don’t agree with them and you protest – they just turn off your chip and you have nothing, you can’t buy food, you can’t do anything. They want to have complete control over the entire population and make them slaves and serfs.

Democratic senator Jay Rockefeller of West Virginia who was Commerce, Science & Transportation Chairman said “it would have been better if we never invented the Internet.” Why? People can share the truth and share real information and news.

The people are to assemble and that is their duty, the right to bear arms shall NOT be infringe and that is because if the Government ever becomes Tyrannical it is to be stopped and completely replaced if necessary.

Now we have an opportunity as a nation thanks to :David-Wynn:Miller and :Russell-Jay:Gould who have established a brand new Global Federal System. They are the only guys in the history of the world to do this. We need to recognize :Russell-Jay:Gould and bring him forward and let him speak when we defeat the evil powers that still are in control of the world media. The system is set up already and is ready to go, it’s in place. The World needs to be made aware of this Quantum Grammar Construct – and the magnitude, size and scope of what it is that he set up for ALL of us. This needs to be recognized by the Military and the rest of the NCO Chain of Command so the enlisted personnel understand it as well. This can’t be held a secret anymore by the Senior Levels and kept hidden by the senior levels – this things gotta come forward. This is our saving grace, it is what the people of the world have been screaming about, praying about, it is Biblically Prophesied to come forward and it’s here right now.

Why are we keeping this a secret? Why are we not moving forward with this? What the hell are we doing on planet earth as a group of men? Robert Leroy Horton says “I’m certainly not a boat or a vessel, I’m sure the hell not someone elses piece of property or cargo.” They allow people to make enough money just so they can barely scrape by. This shit is over. We need to take a look at this banking system, it is a 10% Flat Tax and it needs to be brought forward as soon as possible. This Federal Reserve shit is out the door as they do nothing but enrich themselves.

We can only hope that Donald Trump has this in mind as to bring it all forward. Everybody is watching. Robert Leroy Horton says “from what we understand that is the plan, but if it is the plan, why have they not brought him forward yet and introduced him and told everybody what’s going on?”

Iran and Iraq is not that big of a deal. This is spun up horseshit. This needs to come to a stop. These psychopaths are not going to run our country anymore. It’s over and they know it. They have been defeated across the board with this Quantum System by :Russell-Jay:Gould and if we are not careful they are going STEAL it – every bit of it and use it to put the screws back in on the people of the world. In actuality it was created to take the screws off of people.

:Russell-Jay:Gould has created a new U.S. Constitution, new Bill of Rights, new Declaration of Independence and new :Quantum-Federal-Banking-System. ALL of these are now Quantum. It is all there for us WITHOUT the 2 Million laws that these Jackals up in D.C., the Congress and the Senate attached to it later to bill the shit out of us, to harvest us. I’ll pay 10% to the church and 10% flat tax on whatever I buy, but I’m not paying no income tax – right now we are being taxed for 1/3rd or 33% of our income.

The American People deserve better and it is out there and it is waiting. It needs to be recognized by the people of the United States.

Robert Leroy Horton says “I’m asking you guys – do your Due Diligence, Research ALL of this, watch their videos, listen to them speak, they set up an entirely new Corporate Government Federal System and it’s Global” They have created tons of loopholes that work for them but not for the people.

We are not taught in grade school, junior high, high school and college how live and thrive in this Fraudulent system they have created.
