When they were talking about Dumbs - that stands for Deep Underground Military Bases and there has been a secret operation in place to clean all of these underground bases out. They are at around 92% right now here in the United States and have rescued thousands of children that were locked up in cages. When Trump sent the ships to New York and Los Angeles - it wasn't for COVID-19 patients and all the Bullshit about Ventilators wasn't for the COVID patients but were for the children. Some of them had never seen light before and these bases are very, very deep, thousands of feet deep...so what they immediately found out is the pressure change was killing the children while they were bringing them up - their bodies were literally popping, so they learned that it may take weeks to bring them up safely and the ventilators were for them. They also learned that the sun would immediately melt off their skin and blind them as they had NEVER seen the sun or even knew it existed - nor did they know about a sky and the whole world as we know it in general just as we don't know about the underground world.

When he talks about Tom Hanks -- he is talking about the horrific crimes against humanity he has committed and they had to arrest Hanks early as he was one that was truly too sick to even consider monitoring as he was brutal. He has been through military tribunal and found guilty and was put to death.

When they are talking about the Quantum System -- that is one of the reasons for the COVID-19 -- when Charlie Ward mentions that he was told six years ago about this virus - they told him it was for an economic world financial reset and that is exactly what is happening right now. They couldn't of imagined that so many people would take this virus so seriously as it is nothing more than the every year flu. Yes, the virus is a real virus and it was by the bad guys but it is being "managed" by the good guys as Charlie Ward has said. Anyway, the Quantum Financial System is very close to being ready to go already and as they say in this video Trump has been working on this for a year and a half now and it has been planned for around a decade.

Regarding them talking about a shutdown: Charlie Ward has said that his sources have informed him that they are planning another shutdown/lockdown sometime in mid September - he once said September 17th, 2020 but as he says in this video that his sources are using him sometimes on the dates they give him to see who talks and who sticks their head out.

Regarding when they were talking about the Voting -- Charlie Ward and Gene Consensei are saying that they will use the Quantum System to vote which will prevent any cheating or fraud. I personally don't see this happening but we shall see. I just don't think the Dems will allow this sudden change out of nowhere and they already have begun mailing many ballots in many states and Iowa was caught with the Democrats pre-mailing filled in ballots already... I don't know, I just don't see this one happening, but it would be great to actually have a fair election.

Charlie Ward mentions Hillary Clinton being a clone and mentions "it was almost like she was made in China." Well, that's exactly where she was.
